collaborates with the SBS team to ensure client satisfaction and corporate health.
Tony's years of industry experience in one-to-one marketing and leading several in-house Contact Centres, coupled with his in-depth
knowledge of the business drivers that profitably execute CRM and business strategies, is unparalleled in today's marketplace.
In his senior executive roles, Tony has established an international reputation for delivering results; Xerox, Hachette, World Book Inc.,
Regal Greetings and Gifts. Over the past ten years he has done consulting in the US, Brazil, Germany, Japan and China. In addition, he
has served on a number of public and private company boards including, MDC Partners, Regal Greetings and Gifts, CML Industries,
Phonettix Intelecom and Minacs World Wide. He has served on various advisory boards including PC Camera, 3D Display, St Joseph
Corporation, HDFI and The Federal Protection Agency. Not for profit boards include United Way, Toronto- Children's Miracle Network, Salt
Lake City- Goodwill, Toronto- Mount Sinai Hospital .Tony is Chairman of the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) Foundation as
well as former Chairman and life time member of The Canadian Marketing Association, He has been honored twice as the Direct
Marketer of the Year.
Tony's success lies in his innate ability to understand and execute strategic business applications. He has mastered the processes of
pairing historical data with communication to maximize future profits. Tony is able to offer improved customer experience and service by
studying the buying patterns which detail frequency and monetary functions that are the decision making drivers. This ultimately

In 1972 Dorothy Millman launched DMS Market Services (DMS) an Outsource Contact
Center used by business and government to communicate with their customer. Annual
revenues grew to $26.5 million by 1995 employing more than 1500 people in several
Contact Centers and Field Sales and Service groups.
Having never lost a client due to poor performance, DMS developed an extensive network
of loyal clients. Dorothy pioneered the automation of her industry and business. Her
visionary outlook accelerated the adoption of technological solutions as an enabler
to improve efficiencies, quickly expand capabilities, provide value added solutions to
challenges and increase profitability.
Dorothy has been honored by the Canadian Marketing Association for her contribution to the industry. She was cited as one of Canada's
most influential people in Canadian communications by Marketing Magazine. She has served on and ran several volunteer boards including
the Credit Association and the Counseling Services of Toronto. She was selected as the Ontario finalist for Female Entrepreneur of the year,
featured in Canadian Business as a woman achiever and received repeated positive attention from the Canadian media. Known and
respected throughout the corporate and marketing communities, Dorothy speaks regularly at various conferences and association
meetings on subjects including entrepreneurship, outsourcing, Contact Center operations, technology and performance metrics, as well as
Customer Relationship Management Solutions.
